SSL tab

The SSL tab allows to customize the preferred SSL/TLS protocols and SSL cipher list for the SSL related services of the domain, i.e., HTTPS, FTP over SSL, and SSL-based remote admin.

SSL/TLS protocols and SSL cipher string

Select SSL Protocols

Choose one or more SSL protocols to use:

  • SSL v3.0
  • TLS v1.0
  • TLS v1.1
  • TLS v1.2

SSL cipher string

Enter a textual OpenSSL cipher string that will be converted to ordered SSL cipher preference lists. For example,

To test the cipher string, click the Test button on the right to the field to see a full list of algorithms in the cipher suite in the table below. The available directives on OpenSSL cipher string are defined in OpenSSL documentation. For more details, please refer to its online man pages. (the URL might vary depending on the version of OpenSSL.)
